- A little live-blogging from Nationals Park. The nice woman who sang the national anthem needed a cheat sheet for the words. A little tacky, but if the stadium cameramen were paying any attention they could have concealed it with a side-view camera angle, which they finally did for "home of the brave."
- Clint just asked a trivia question: "how many Nationals pitchers are from the Dominican Republic?" I know it's Latino History Day, but is it really a good idea to go there?
- Balester walks right on the foul lines. I like that.
