Rain is the worst!
Was at the game. Ugly, ugly, ugly. I can't tell you how infurtiating the play was. And Acta was getting no love from the fans.
Quiz question: You have a bullpen that has 5 guys who hasn't pitched in at least 3 days. You have 1 guy who threw 10 pitches the day before. you have one guy that worked 2 innings and 25 pitches the day before. Who do you get to pitch multiple innings? Rested guys or yesterday's workhorse?
Trust man, it's all about trust.
They should really just play the Russian roulette scene from Deer Hunter on the scoreboard during every call to the bullpen.
How does the rescheduled game work? Will it resume as it ended in the bottom of the 11th with Dukes on first and one out? Let's say, for example, that Dukes is on the DL when the game resumes in July. Who then resumes the game at first? Also, the Nats used every available bat on the bench, will they not be able to make any substitutions? Or can they use players that were not on the roster at the time of the game?

That might be the funniest thing I've ever read on this blog. Maybe they could mix it up some and play "Burning Down the House."
