Jim Bowden Is Engaging in Self-Serving Distortions and Half-Truths
Don't hurt yourself falling out of your chair. This week's edition of GM's Corner includes an interview with Mike Rizzo and a fascinating explanation of how he was so smart to have drafted Ryan Zimmerman when those dummies in Seattle and Kansas City took Jeff Clement and Alex Gordon. (No comment on why he took Ross Detwiler over Jason Heyward.)

I don't think I can even watch.
I'm with Half Street. I don't like to encourage crazy people.
Why do reputable people even participate in Bowden's carny corner?
Couldn't the title of the post have been "Bowden being Bowden"
(and take out "self-serving" and couldn't have it been "Anyone in baseball management being anyone in baseball management"?
no one does self-serving like Jimbo. Gotta give the man his due!
I watched it and as MLBTradeRumors pointed out there was some eye opening or at least interesting commentary from his guests which is honestly why I watch ... BTW Mike Rizzo is on this week's show.
Finally, I think many of us are on the "Anna Benson" watch ... waiting to see what he will next do with his new wife Joy on his show ... besides the lead-in where she says "Now its time for lunch with benefits."
Wait--did he actually MARRY Joy? That poor woman waited around for so long..although I can't understand what she sees in that yutz to begin with...
