BIG PICTURE time for Portland, Maine. It sends the right message to all the potential free agents this year and in years to come. The Washington Nationals will pay top dollar for free agents who have speed, are athletic, can field their position and hit and take care of themselves. Higher even than the NY Yankees potentially.
