I'm not going to pretend that I could pick Frank Howard out of a lineup. Because I couldn't. I became a Nationals fan in 2005. But, I am a fan of teams that have a deep and rich history. My other favorite team is the Green Bay Packers, and although I also couldn't pick Don Hutson out of a lineup, I'm proud that my team has won more NFL Championships than any other team. I'd like the Nationals to celebrate the history of DC baseball way more, and if hiring a former all-star as a scout helps do that, great.
