For only the second time since 2002, the Nationals/Expos franchise has three players on the Baseball America top 100 prospects list: Stephen Strasburg (a surprise #2, just behind Atlanta's Jason Heyward), Derek Norris (#38), and Drew Storen (#92, or 52 spots behind Aaron Crow--just sayin').
And Ian Desmond or Danny Espinosa very easily could have given the team a fourth top 100 pick, which hasn't happened since the franchise had six of the top 100 in 1999 (Michael Barrett, Peter Bergeron, Ted Lilly, Milton Bradley, Guillermo Mota, Tony Armas).

On MLB Network's rundown of the top 50 prospects - which has aired several times, but sorry I can't find a link to it - Storen was ranked a couple spots ahead of Crow. Just sayin'.
And yes, you did steer us wrong on Zuckerman. He's producing nothing but the same stuff that MASN and the Post are. Unexpurgated footage of Guardado? Big deal. I can figure out what goes in place of [expletive deleted]. I cut my teeth during Watergate after all.
Storen shows up at #62 on USA TODAY'S annual list of the 100 Names You Need to Know. Desmond at 24, Strasburg at 31. No sign of Crow on the list.
In related news, you show up at #1 on my list of Bloggers Without a Clue.
And Justin Smoak appears at #12 I think -- ahead of Storen AND Crow and would have signed for slot.
And who's #23rd or so. Aroldis Chapman. So could have 4 of the top 38 . . . if Uncle Teddy had opened the checkbook just a little.
Anonymous 2: snark fail. Why follow a blog written by someone that doesn't have a clue?

A guy's gotta get his laughs somewhere.
Anonymous - put up, or shut up.
Steven - keep blogging.
Thanks for the encouragement, but really--just ignore him/her--it'll go away.
Prospect lists and mock drafts are kind of dumb to argue about.
After Kwame Brown and Heath Shuler, people in DC should know better. Different sports, but the point is you can't get too excited until you see these guys play day-in day-out against the best in the world; doesn't matter how high the 'experts' rate them.
This anonymous dude is like a freakin 30 year old bloke sitting in his mums basement trying to seduce a 13 year old girl into meeting him after school. Put your freakin name on your post soft cock.
You're surprised Strasburg is #2 and Heyward is #1?
